What we are looking for
You are the right fit if you:
- Bring 2-3 years of experience in a Technical Operations, Technical Support, or database-focused operational role (data management, data quality)
- Have solid working knowledge of SQL and feel confident working directly with backend databases to query, modify, and manage data.
- Have strong tech-savviness and Excel skills, with the ability to navigate complex backend tools and enterprise platforms.
- Can translate technical details into simple language for non-technical colleagues and customers
- Are highly reliable and detail-oriented - careful and methodical when working with enterprise-scale data
- Are familiar with, or willing to work in, a fast-paced scaleup environment
- Are fluent in English, written and spoken
- Hold a valid work permit for Austria
- Scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python
- Fluent German
- Experience in SaaS and digital-solutions companies
- A degree in a quantitative or technical field, e.g. Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Maths or Business Informatics
- Previous experience in a technical support role, procurement, or supply chain environment
