Über die Stelle
💼 The Role
As a Technical Customer Success Manager at fiskaly, you are the go-to person for our customers' technical questions about our solutions for Germany. You bring an interest in technical topics such as APIs and the willingness to get into complex subjects quickly and on your own – from TSE integration to regulatory requirements such as KassenSichV or DSFinV-K.
We'll help you build your expertise step by step. What matters is that you take topics on proactively instead of waiting for them to be assigned to you.

- Strong communication skills: you can mediate between technical teams and customers without anything getting lost along the way

- Native-level German and fluent English
- A valid EU work permit
Nice to have
- First experience in technical support or customer service
