What you need to be successful in the role
5+ years of experience in innovation, venture development, strategy consulting, new business building, or related fields.
Strong ability to structure complex problems, create clarity, and drive topics forward independently.
Experience leading projects or workstreams and taking ownership for outcomes and delivery quality.
Confidence working with clients and stakeholders in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic execution.
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to guide discussions and align different perspectives.
Leadership mindset with interest in mentoring and developing others.
Broad understanding of innovation and new business topics, with deeper expertise in 1–2 industries, domains, or capability areas.
Fluency in German and English is mandatory. Italian is a plus.
