What You Will Do
- The core of this role involves designing end-to-end trading and investment interfaces for TradFi and RWA products across mobile and web platforms, with the clear goal of increasing customer engagement and monetization.
- Dense financial mechanics—including margin trading, commodities trading, and automated recurring investments—must be translated into accessible, low-friction journeys that educate and empower both novice and experienced investors.
- Comprehensive user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis will serve as your primary tools to diagnose funnel bottlenecks, validate product hypotheses, and continuously improve KPIs like trading conversion and drop-off rates.
- Active contributions to our scalable design architecture are expected, applying the highest UX standards to ensure high-quality, consistent touchpoints across all investment areas.
