At least 5 years of practical B2B sales experience, ideally with a focus on Enterprise Solution Selling, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong digital affinity and confidence using modern software tools, including AI and CRM automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload
Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to adapt to different stakeholders
The ability to explain complex concepts simply and present them in a customer-oriented manner
Team player with typical sales resilience, goal orientation, enthusiasm, and passion
