The opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Sales Operations Manager who will play a key role in driving commercial excellence, optimizing sales performance, and supporting strategic business growth across the Austrian market.

In this position, you will act as a trusted business partner to Sales, Key Account Management, and Business Unit stakeholders by enhancing sales processes, leveraging data-driven insights, and enabling efficient execution of commercial activities.

How you´ll make an impact

• Drive continuous improvement of sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, transparency, and commercial performance
• Analyze sales performance, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and key business metrics, providing actionable insights to management
• Own and optimize CRM processes and tools, ensuring data quality, user adoption, and alignment with business objectives
• Support local Key Account Managers in customer interactions, tender management, and prequalification activities
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and identify growth opportunities through data analysis and market insights
