Sales Development Representative (English Speaking) (f/m/x)

Your role

We're looking for an English-speaking Sales Development Representative to help us keep that momentum going. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our future customers, turning fresh leads into real conversations and, eventually, long-term partnerships.

What you bring

Native or near-native English, both spoken and written

Ideally 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, for example as an SDR or BDR

Experience in lead generation, such as cold calling and multichannel outreach

A talent for building and maintaining relationships with prospects and stakeholders

Comfortable in using AI wherever it helps, but without sounding like it

A process-driven mindset and a good sense of how an effective sales pipeline works

An eye for what could work better, and the drive to make it happen

Genuine enthusiasm for sales and outbound

Willingness to travel to our Vienna office at least four times a year for team meetings, occasionally more
