You think entrepreneurially: market dynamics, customer expectations, and business models form the basis of every product decision you make. You are passionate about defining products, gathering requirements in a structured manner, and proactively engaging with clinical and internal stakeholders. You have an interest in the clinical context; experience with surgical or orthopedic workflows is a plus, but not a requirement. Personal experience in software development is welcome, but not required. You hold a degree from a technical college (HTL), university of applied sciences (FH), or university with a focus on technology or medical technology, or you have solid technical training. You have very good German and English language skills.
