Über die Stelle
Your contributions to our journey:
Partner directly with product - understand why a feature matters to a customer, not just what to build; help turn customer feedback into features that actually solve the problem.
Take ownership of features end-to-end - from understanding the user need, through technical design, to shipping and iterating in production.
Work hands-on across the full stack: frontend (React), backend (Node.js), and the relational/non-relational databases underneath.
Use AI tooling as part of your day-to-day build process, and help us ship AI-powered features into the product itself.
Grow alongside experienced senior engineers, contribute to architecture discussions and engineering standards, and steadily take on more ownership as you develop.
Must-have:
A strong product mindset - you think about users and outcomes, not just code, and you enjoy shaping what gets built.
Professional experience building and shipping production web applications.
Hands-on experience building with AI tooling, or building AI-powered product features.
Backend experience (preferably Node.js) and frontend experience (preferably React).
A good understanding of both relational and non-relational databases.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where not everything is defined yet.
