Über die Stelle
YOUR MISSION
As a Legal Counsel, you will:
- Build and establish the Legal function for the Pimcore Group and become the central point of contact for legal matters across the organization.
- Independently draft, review and negotiate customer agreements and other commercial contracts, including supplier and partner agreements as well as NDAs.
- Assess complex legal matters pragmatically and translate them into clear, decision-ready recommendations for the Executive Management Team.
- Act as the central interface to our external law firms and take ownership of their engagement, coordination and management.
- Build and manage a structured contract management system and central contract repository.
- Manage the Group's insurance portfolio and act as the main point of contact for insurers and insurance brokers.
- Prepare shareholder resolutions and support corporate housekeeping across our group entities in Austria, Germany, the US and Canada.
- Take ownership of trademark and IP-related matters in close collaboration with external specialists.
