Your Tasks Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support for our employees. Handle onboarding and offboarding, including user accounts, licenses, and permissions. Manage and deploy Windows and macOS devices using Microsoft Intune. Support the daily operation of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint. Assist with maintaining our on-premises infrastructure, including Proxmox virtualization and AI/GPU servers. Prepare and issue hardware, accessories, and workstations.
