You work closely with experienced consultants and project teams and gain practical exposure to project management, transformation and client-facing consulting in an international environment. We are looking for someone structured, curious and detail-oriented who wants to build a career in consulting. Your responsibilities Support project coordination, planning and task management Assist with project management, change management and organizational development activities Support process, stakeholder, risk and time management Prepare and document meetings and workshops Support workshop moderation and follow-up activities Assist with project analysis, effort estimation and OKR tracking Prepare presentations, reports and project documentation Collaborate with international project teams and stakeholders Your profile Good IT knowledge and a strong analytical mindset Structured, accurate way of working with high attention to detail Fluent English and a good command of German; further languages are a plus Basic knowledge of project management, project planning and evaluation Basic understanding of change management, organizational developmen …
