Über die Stelle
Your mission:
- Develop, enhance, and maintain modern software solutions based on Java and Angular
- Analyze, design, and implement new business and technical requirements
- Support the integration of C# components into existing system landscapes
- Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and other development teams
- Ensure high code quality through code reviews, best practices, and continuous improvement
- Drive the adoption of AI-assisted software engineering practices and contribute to establishing AI-native SDLC standards, development workflows, and engineering best practices across the team
- Contribute to architecture decisions, development standards, and technical roadmaps
- Take ownership of specific technical domains or teams, including coaching and mentoring developers
- Understand customer and business needs and translate them into sustainable technical solutions together with the team
- Foster a collaborative, learning-oriented, and high-performing engineering culture
